Update your password and email address

You should keep your password secure and account email address up-to-date at all times. To update these, click on the Settings button in the top right corner and enter your new details. Your old password is not required to change these details so please ensure your eP is secure while logged in and don't forget to log out once you have finished.

Your account email address will be required for password recovery, should you forget your current one.

Hidden pages

You can create hidden pages by creating an Article record in ePublisher, but leaving its Status not public. This way, the page is still accessible online, however, a menu button won't be created on your website. The only way to access the page is to manually type its address in the address line of your browser, e.g. http://www.yourwebsite.com.au/?i=ID, where ID is the unique ID number of the hidden page (Article record) in ePublisher. You can easily obtain the ID of an ePublisher record by selecting the record and looking in the address line of your browser - it is the number at the end of the URL (address), e.g. if the address is http://www.yourwebsite.com.au/ep/?m=content&i=11, the page ID is 11 and you can display the hidden page by entering  http://www.yourwebsite.com.au/?i=11 in the browser address line.

Using hidden pages can be beneficial for a special promotion that you want only selected customers to know about. Create a hidden page and send its URL only to the selected customers in an email.

You can also use this feature when you want to create a link within your web page, going to another page in your website, but don't want the new page to have its own button automatically created in the website menu. Just create a hidden page, and enter its URL as a link within another page. Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in your website footer are often managed this way.
