CEO, Designer
Kate started Webtoday in 2014 and has been a full time Wix designer ever since. Proud to be known as the Wix Ambassador for Sydney, Kate often teaches classes in web design, SEO and small business marketing.
Kate is a BAPsychHons and brings her psych knowledge to your digital marketing.

Jess Graham -
Social Media Manager
Jess brings her vibrant energy and expertise to WebToday as our Social Media Manager. With over three and a half years of experience, she’s not only managed a diverse range of social media clients but has also taken the lead on many of WebToday’s events.
As a graduate of Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Communications, Jess is always ready to assist with specific Meta and LinkedIn expertise.
Halle Thomas -
Project Manager
Halle is the linchpin that keeps everything organised and running smoothly. With her keen attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, Halle ensures that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Her ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with diverse teams makes her an indispensable part of our agency.
Halle is currently studying a business and finance degree at Macquarie University.
Taylah Graham -
Graphic Design Specialist
Taylah started as an intern at WebToday. We recognised her natural talent for design and natural aptitude with our website platforms, especially Wix Studio. So she's now a permanent fixture!
Taylah has become our in-house Studio platform expert and delights in teaching us all new tricks on this very expansive platform!
Taylah is currently studying a Diploma Graphic Design degree at Hornsby Tafe.
Andrei Ignacio -
Digital Marketing Specialist
Andrei came to us after several years experience in digitial marketing agencies specialising in Meta. He is both creative and analytical which gives him a great advantage when putting together ad campaigns for our clients. He is particularly adept at understanding the Meta algorithm and therefore gets great results for our clients.
Facebook Ads expert with four years of experience. I graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Aviation Tourism. I love traveling, cooking, singing, dancing, and listening to music.
JR Bacani -
Web Designer
JR is the newest member of our design department. His boundless enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are truly inspiring and he is quickly becoming our Wix Studio specialist.
JR's keen eye for detail and passion for design make him a perfect fit for our team. We're fortunate to have such a talented and motivated individual on board, and we’re excited to see the fresh perspectives and creativity he'll bring to our projects!
Sarah Poole -
Social Media Content Specialist
Sarah is part of the WebToday social media team, working closely with clients to keep their online presence active, engaging and on-trend. She’s always up to date with the latest social media trends and is our go-to expert for reels and video creation. Sarah brings creativity and energy to every project, helping brands connect with their audiences in fresh and authentic ways.
Outside of work, Sarah has a lifelong passion for dance, which shines through in her creativity.
Jasibe Medina -
Social Media + Admin
Jasibe is an all-rounder who covers both client management with Kate as well as social media content and production, in which she has both writing and graphical skills. She is well-travelled and a citizen of the world. She is hoping to make Australia her home.
Her enthusiasm and warm personality make her a wonderful part of the team.
Adesh -
Web Developer
Adesh is our developer extraordinaire, working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, he handles all things backend, making sure the tech side of our projects is solid, secure and efficient.
Always eager to expand his bag of tricks, Adesh is constantly exploring new tools and techniques to improve his craft and push his skills even further.

Mark Polner
After an internship during Sydney's protracted lockdown, Mark's talent and awesomeness shon through and he was offered a position at a certain search engine called ****** oh sorry, that's redacted for secrecy.
Anyway, anyone who knows Mark will know that he likes to do things BIG. And Sydney just might not be BIG enough. So he negotiated with the above large global multinational and has scored a position in their Cali head office. So he's off to the USA.
We are all so proud of his achievement and look forward to updates.
And yet, we still don't have a picture!
Umar Ali
Umar was part of the WebToday team and handled all things SEO.
He completed his Psychology Degree at Macquarie University and always kept us guessing, true to the mysterious nature of SEO experts!
Jacinta Wingelaar
Jacinta was a member of the WebToday social media team and holds a Diploma in Graphic Design from Enmore TAFE.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and sewing.
Guia Sison
Guia was part of the WebToday team for over four years, specialising in client support and website updates.
She developed extensive experience with Wix and helped keep client sites running smoothly.
Mac Carandang
Mac was part of the WebToday marketing team, where he applied his experience in business development and client relations.
He focused on building connections and identifying opportunities for growth.
Cedric
Cedric is our Eastern Water Dragon who loves to hang out with us.
He is in charge of Accounts Payable and Eating Chicken. He is better at eating chicken.
Cedric keeps us amused by banging on the door and asking for, you guessed it...chicken.
Update: Sadly, Cedric didn't emerge from his 2021 brumation, so we have to assume the worst. He was a great wild pet and gave us a few years of amusement. You can still see him on Instagram.
